NPI / PROGRAM MANAGER Tiempo completo Nueva

• Bachelor´s degree in Aerospace Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineer, or similar
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent experience
• Six Sigma (Green / Black Belt) dmaic methodologies
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in NPI and product development, preferably in aerospace sector
• Track record in the management of projects of high technical complexity, from the pilot and serial production phase
• Solid understanding of AS9100 and aerospace regulations
• Experience in manufacturing engineering, machining and sheet metal processes, material treatment and adhesives
• PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), PFMEA / DFMEA and SPC
• Experience in tracking First Article Inspection (FAI) and Turnaround Time (TAT)
• Management or ERPS (SAP, ORACLE) and CAD (SolidWorks / CATIA)
• Ability to manage suppliers and supply chain of critical projects
• English advanced (essential, spoken and written) for dealing with international clients and corporations
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, purchasing, production)
• Ability to report risks and status of programs at the executive level
• Proactive customer-oriented and able to manage pressure
• Willingness to travel to support the customers or suppliers
