• Education: Bachelor degree (Industrial, Mechanic, Aeronautical, Mechatronic or similar)
• English: Fluent
• Schedule flexibility
• Willing and able to travel

• Implementation and follow up of continuous improvement systems
• Plan, manage and implement improvement projects
• Training of personnel at all levels in lean and continuous improvement methodology´s
• Reinforcement of the continuous improvement culture
• Action Plan creation & follow up for detected opportunities

• At least 2 years in a manufacturing plant with experience in continuous improvement, engineering or production departments
• Visual Control System: 5S Program and Visual Factory program
• Lean Manufacturing Tools: Kanba system, Poka-Yoke, Quick Changeover, Jidoka, TPM
• Leading continuous improvement KAIZEN events
• Value Stream Mapping & Standard Work Process implementation
• Projects management

• Leadership
