CUSTOMER SUPPORT OFFICER
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Engineering, Manufacturing or Business Degree
- English: Full professional proficiency English level
- Schedule flexibility
- Willing and able to travel
- Mexican Passport & US visa available
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 2 years of professional background in Program Support Officer
- Proficient on Excel (2016) / Microsoft Project (2016)
- Transfer of work experience preferred
- Problem solving skills and knowledge of program management tools and procedures
- Strong interest for commercial negotiations
- Customer/stakeholder relationship building skills
- ERP technical skills
- Lead program documentation: creation, monitoring and updating experience preferred
- Good sense of organization, time management and demonstrate autonomy
