QS LABS COORDINATOR

PURPOSE:

Coordinate the information of all environmental tests performed in the Environmental Chemical Laboratory for the 3 paint lines of Plant 10, regarding: receipt of samples (documentation), status of tests in process, special tests requirements, negotiation of tests priorities and environmental tests in external laboratories.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor´s degree in Chemical, Materials, Metallurgical or Industrial Engineering

EXPERIENCE:

• Management of personnel at technical level
• Specification Management and Drawing Interpretation
• Quality, Product, Metallurgy or Process Engineering positions
• Experience in laboratory management
• Failure analysis and troubleshooting methods 8ds, A3, DMAIC
• Volumetric analysis
• APQP process

KNOWLEDGE:

• IATF 16949 standard
• Knowledge and interpretation of PCP / MSA
• Principles of operation of electrostatic painting lines
• CQI-12 standard

ENGLISH:

• Advanced level
